Motor,transmission device,flat die,pressing roller,feeding hopper,cutter,discharging outlet. It bases on mechanical circular motion, diesel engine and motor power drive the transmission shaft , transmission gear deliver the speed to main shaft and template resulting in pressing roller rotating, pellets go out from the hole of die under pressing roller extrusion , finally , the pellets are relesed from discharging outlet by cutting.Advantage
1.Three-time extrusion,3 pressing rolles in the pressing zone to increase capacity 2.pressing rollers are divided into fan shape to reduce friction and consumption and increase capacity.
