The eletrical system adopted the large Mitsubishi Brand PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLOR)to control
 the center control computer,it is high intelligence.The human-computer interface adopted the big DELTA Brand LCD
 touch screen to control the machine.Which is used for  parameter setting,state displaying,checking the data,the
 exchange between the human and the computer is very easy.The machine has the  production and equipment management
 software.And it adopted the order management system,technology parameter data system and self-diagnose system.
 The three systems are operated by the production person,technical person and the maintenance person to make the
 machine and the quipment to combine tegether.Automatic memorizing the printing parameter will make
 sure the good results.
2. High printing precision
The machine adopted the modern high precision computer CNC control positioning technology.and the blanket was driven
by double servo motor,The two machine was controlled to precisely move by the CNC control system,the AC servo
motor is equipped with photoelectricity encoder of **0 **0line/circle,the blanket precision is up to **0.1mm

The whole machine is adopted the electrical and mechanical integraton structure,and it is monitred by a big PLC

High speed is another merit of the machine,because the machine is adopted the high speed and high precison numerical
control servo positioning system,the blanket is driven by the double servo motor,the screen is lifted by the hydraulic pressure
collectively and equipped the buffering lil crock to make sure that the speed and the precision.
