Stacking garage door (flexible lift door) is a flexible soft curtain door, with two layers of inner and outer cords. The cord fabric is made of high-strength PVC industrial base fabric, and steel beams are used to connect the cords. The door body is mainly composed of door head frame, rail, upper and lower lintel cord fixing frame, cord fabric, rope pulley, lifting mechanism, safety mechanism, motor, control system and other components. When the lifting mechanism is working up, the safety harness on the lifting mechanism pulls the lower lintel to move up, superposing the cord fabric fixing frame and cord fabric on the lower lintel, and when it is opened in place, it is limited by the upper travel limit switch. When the door is closed, the lifting mechanism descends and the lower lintel descends to close the door. When the door is closed in place, it is limited by the travel limit switch arranged on the rope sheave. During the operation of the door body, if the safety harness breaks, the safety fall protection mechanism is enabled to prevent the door body from falling. The control adopts PLC frequency conversion control to realize slow start and stop during the operation of the door body. It is mainly applicable to aircraft hangars, shipyards, large workshops, etc.
