1.Description
 

Mining agitator, which is set before the floatation machine, is the indispensable equipment to fully mix the reagent and the ore pulp which density is lower than 3.5 and the flotation reagents which density is lower than *0%, and increase the reaction time of the reagent and strengthen the quality of the reagent reaction.

1. Compact structure, good seal, and feed port settings the block gray board, to prevent the mist playing.
2. Stir mixing blades fanned when stirred media contact area.
3. The nozzle row set, more water is uniform and can adjust.
4. Leftover ash and low setting box at the bottom of the watershed to ensure that the equipment have no dead ends.

3.Application
 

1. Suitable to all kinds of metal ore & nonmetal ore. especially for the mixing before the ore dressing. Which is just the full mixing of pharmaceutical and sufficiently slurry can also be the mixing of the other nonmetal material.
2. The using concentration cannot be greater than *0% ( by weight)
3. The particle size of the fixed component is less than 1mm.
4. The form of it is the flat bottomed bucket radiation cycle with the spiral impeller mechanical agitation.

4. How long is the warrenty of your equipments? Does your company supply the spare parts?

 

The warranty period of SENTA equipments is one year. And of course we will supply te spare parts for you for life-long time at lowest cost.

Yes,  we can help you combine a complete mineral processing line. and give you related professional advices as long as you need. we had already build many mining projects in China & Overseas. SENTA can set a complete processing line just as you require, the main equipments will be manufactured by us and some other supporting equipments ( like generator ) will be supplied by our cooperating facotries under our supervision.
