Peru : Main producer lcuma Peru is the leader in the production of lucuma , with production of 5.8 thousand MT in ***2 , principally to agribusiness to produce flour and lucuma pulp . For the international market goes about 1% of the production of lucuma mainly for orders and samples . A local production is mainly supplied Nestl ice cream . The production of lucuma is oriented in the case of Chile only the local market focusing one *4.*8 % for the domestic market and *5.2 % to agribusiness, especially for the production of ice cream. Also, Ecuador and Brazil are already testing of crops.
