Specifications:

Very special electric geared motor for driving the cutting frame: capacity 0,*5 kW
Geared motors to drive the cutting wires capacity of 1.1kW and 1,5 kW
Cutting frame guiding tubes: 4 very strong high quality alloy steel, chrome plated, with strong bushing and seals, life time guaranted
Control board: mounted on the side of the machine, with all control and operation s, emergency safety stop ,… for controlling all the cutting operation speed of of cutting wires frame. Electric alarm, lighting switch, etc.
All electrical & electronic components are from famous brand suppliers like Omron, LG, Schneider, to allow the operator to control the cutting process very easy at convenience
Cutting mode: automatic / semi-auto/ manual
Size of the mass concrete block before cutting: approx. ***0x***0x **0/**0/**0mm (height of brick depends on the buyer- options)
Size of the bricks: nominal standard sizes *0x*0x(*0/*0/ *0cm), tolerance max 2mm. Other sizes available on request (for ex 7.5 /*5 x *0 x *0cm)
