1，Pre-gelatinized Starch PGS*9 
 
PGS*9 is a modified tapioca with excellent freeze/thaw and cold temperature stability, this products can be soluble in cold water, with no peculiar smell and uneasy to decay ,it is water reabsorbing capacity is file, the paste liquid is transparent with high cooled viscosity . PGS*9 have an effect on thickening , improving taste and other good function , products made with PGS*9 will not cloud. Gel when subjected to repeated freeze /thaw cycles.
