Vacuum Forming is one of thermoforming whereby plastic sheet is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into designed mould, and held against the mould by applying a vacuum between the mould surface and the sheet. Almost of all the type of plastics sheets such as PVC, PS, PP, APET etc. can be formed by this process. The common industries such as Electronics, Food, Agriculture, Appliances, Automotives, and Health care etc. generally use this process for product packaging.
