The pipe component front fork produced for Honda's CD *0 model is one of the most demanding components manufactured at TPI and requires immense precision to produce. The pipe component front fork is used as the inner tube of the front fork of the motorcycle. The component is precisely grinded on centre-less grinders and then machined on CNC machines. Once the machining process is complete, the component undergoes the process of hard chrome plating followed by lapping to achieve a surface finish that will protect the component from wear and tear. The raw material used to manufacture is component is alloy steel tube and is imported by TPI.
