This type of dresser is applied to fine truing of forming grinding wheels. It is made by sintering a high quality mono-diamond crystal with a metal matrix in a steel shank, and then grinding into various shapes such as a conical point with radius, facet, or profile. It has strict technical requirements on cleanliness, density and grain of natural diamond. The finish size, angle and radian will be tested strictly in order to apply for precision truing of forming grinding wheels. We can manufacture according to the blueprint and samples provided by clients, and can improve diamond dressers, design and manufacture specifically according to clients' intention or the features of grinding machine.
