four rope orange peel grab:Mainly for handling of irregular 
shape materials such as scrap, refuse, gravel etc., suitable 
for steel mills refuse plants, port and railway.

It is equipment for the crane which has two hoisting drums and
 it is an efficient tool for handling scrap steel,rocks,garbage,wood,
solid waste and demolition etc.The number of tines change
 between 3 and 8 according to capacity of grabs.it has one line 
opening and one line closing functions. The mechanical structure
 for opening and closing is succinct and original. No maintenance 
required except greasing. It is easy to use and can work under
 any circumstances in order. 

The orange peel grab has three models, that is, single rope, 
two ropes, and four ropes. Orange peel grab is an efficient 
tool could replace manpower for loading and unloading lump
 cargo, such as pig iron, ore, clinker, under any severe 
circumstances. The characteristic of the orange peel grab is a 
simple structure, opening and closing device, convenient 
operation. At present, this kind of grab is widely used in ports, 
shipping, mine, metallurgy, architecture, waster treatment 
plant, and so on. 

  Using 3D Virtual Design, by Interference Checking, the 
products can be showed in the stage of design, which can 
secure the product's quality and outward appearance.

TECHNICAL FEATURES: 

It is used to transport scrap loads which have 0,**2 ton/ m3  density.

Two or four rope system. Our products have the capacity
 between 1 m3  up to *0 m3.

They are painted two times against the corrosion.

It is used by attaching to ship and port crane hooks.

Casted steel pulleys are used.
