Four-Roller Rolling Machine

1.Introduction:
This rolling machine employ underdrive plate bending theory, which is used to bend metal plate with certain thickness in normal temperature. This machine is indispensible equipment in manchinery and metallurgical manufacturing such as: Chemical, concrete, marine, furnace, water conservancy project.
 
2.Major conponent:
(1)The up and bottom roll is important conponent of rolling machine which is in No*5 steel, the  preliminary forge has tollerance, tempering in line with HB******0, and then come to finish machining, and the last precedure is quenching which shall follow HRC****5.
(2)Rack: each at left and right, is structure parts for steel plate welding, and get rid of welding stress treatment, the rack contains bottom roll bearing. And inside the rack has screw rod in square shape, the upper end of the rod is pin joint with side bearing seat of the upper roll. And the bottom parts install turbine pair and screw pair, and the upper roll realize rise and fall by turning the nut of the turbine.
(3)The parts for supporting the roll: It is to support the middle of the bottom roll, and by improve rigidness of the bottom roll, the accuracy of the finished piece is improve.
(4)Gear reducer: It is a cylinder gear reducer,and install on the working base with the bolster. The reducer is manufactured by Jiangshu Taixing Reducer company.
(5)Unloading balancing device: It is installed at one side of the reducer for the balance of the upper roll while unloading. 
(6)Turnover device: Installed at side of the toggle for its turnover and back.
(7)Base: It is whole piece base which is easy for installation and elevation, and welding with structure steel and steel plate, and get rid of welding stress treatment, install rack, reducer, motor on the base into a integrate.
(8)Motor is manufactured by Anhui Two-tower Motor Co.,Ltd.
(9)Bearing is manufactured by Wafangdian Bearing Incorporation.
