The Research and production company Fire Protection Laboratory LLC specializes in the scientific research, production and supply of chemical products for high-tech industries.
We would like to bring to your attention a cost-effective technology that allows you to turn low-strength natural local sand into high-strength proppant and consequently to increase the efficiency of well stimulation with the use of hydraulic fracturing techniques and to reduce frac sand costs.
Due to the application of our polymer coating, natural sand acquires characteristics that allow it to be used as a high-strength proppant during hydraulic fracturing at greater depths and our coating reduces proppant flowback from the fracture to the well, which helps to avoid premature aging and repair of the downhole equipment.
Our technology allows you to reduce the oil and gas development costs.

  1. Local natural sand can be coated in the field environment and in close proximity to the well site due to the cost-effective technology:
  • For the application of our polymer coating expensive and energy intensive equipment is not required. The process of polymer coating application takes place without heating. All that is required is machinery for mixing the sand and our coating.
  • Reduced coating time: about *0 minutes is required for application and curing.
  • Environmentally friendly polymer coating application process: no toxic fumes of phenol and formaldehyde.

We have tested our system on Chinese sand and sand received from Argentina( of course all types of sand and proppant from Russia), it showed very high results. If you want, you can sand us samples of sand and we will return covered sand which you can test and see the result as well.
Moreover we have tested sand covered with our upgrading system in UK Laboratory and have report regarding its high result over there, we can provide test reports if required.
 
To evaluate the effectiveness of our polymer coating for natural sand, we invite you to send us the some samples of natural sand used by your company in hydraulic fracturing in the amount of *0 kg. We will then do the coating and send it back to you for testing.
