Heavy duty net weigh bagger capable of producing up to *2 bags/minute (depending on type of weighing hopper).  The DCS-CX series open mouth bagger is capable of handling a variety of free flowing materials including powdery, granular, and chunky materials.

Operating Principles 



The operator places the bag on the spout.  Product enters into packing machine's weighing hopper, the quantity of flow is controlled by an arc gate. A sensor measures the weight of the product as it moves through the weighing hopper and shuts off the arc gate once target weight is reached. The flow of product changes from fast to slow as bag is filled, with dribble fill at the end. Then the weighing hopper discharges, and the product drop down through a transmission hopper and a spout into the bag.  The clamping bag device opens to release the bag. The filled bag is ready to be moved away. The bag can then be placed for sealing in the optional sealing machine. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.
