Bearing housing,Plummer block,Bearing pedestal FRIENDS SD Series Plummer Blocks are made of grey cast iron grade, which is made from iron cast steel castings. SD Series Plummer Blocks are suitable for spherical roller bearings of series **1 k with adapter sleeves for shaft diameter of **0 mm to **0 mm, and same are designated as SD *1. Plummer blocks are suitable for bearings series **0 that are designated as SD *0. Similarly SD **0 and SD **0 series plummer blocks are suitable for ****0 ck and ****0 ck series bearings respectively. These plummer blocks are either supplied with triple seal type labyrinth collars on both ends and the plummer blocks housings are designated by suffix TS or with triple seal type labyrinth collar on one end and end cover on other end for end shaft, which are designated with suffix ATS. All labyrinth seals are supplied with rubber "0" cords and alien grub screws which ensure that the seal rotates with the shaft. All SD series plummer blocks are suitable for floating loose (l) bearings it can be held or fixed (f) by inserting suitable locating rings which are supplied on orders.
