MP Semi/Fully Automatic Stretch Blow Moulding Machine for PET Bottles

(1) AUTOMATIC RSBM FOR PET BOTTLES

It is specially designed forPET Bottles with volumeup to *0L in 1, 2 or *-cavity blow mould. Its hourly production capacity can be up to ***0 - 3,**0pcs.  Both the preform heating and bottle blowing processes are combined into the same machine unit.  Operator is only required to fill the preform into the preform hopper occasionally. Preform will be fed, reheated, blown & bottles will be ejected automatically. Machine could be managed easily by touch screen & PLC.

(2) COMPONENTS & OPTIONS

The machine isCOMPACT in design andSIMPLE for operation. Major components are made ofSIEMENS, FESTO, SMC, BURKERT, etc. while the initial investment is still very low andECONOMICAL. There are alsooptional items available for additional order (including the automatic preform feeder and bottle ejection) to become afully automatic machine.

(3) ENERGY SAVING

The machines are in linear design which makes use of natural air flow in the heating zones thus making optimum use of the preform heating temperature. This design can help in saving *0% energy wasted by the powerful ventilation fans.

(4) INNOVATIVE DESIGN

WEI LI has introduced the Mechanical Locking & High Pressure Back Up Platen Design to the machines. The clamping system can stand with blowingair pressure up to *0bars and still deliver bottles with almost seamless parting line.

(5) TAILOR-MADE MACHINE MODEL

The MP-Series is flexible for different bottle applications and materials; it could be tailor-made according to different product requirements, for example:
