This machine is designed to place 900 ton concrete box beams. It can also reduce dimension by itself without disassembly in order to pass through tunnels with the help of the tyre trolley, which will save time and money for the erection of bridges.

1.1 Working condition 

·For erecting the concrete box beam in areas that bridges connect with tunnels, the machine can go through the tunnel and erect the beam 7m away from the entrance of exit or the tunnel. 

·Going through on the continuous beam, combination beam or railway basement. 

·Different height of the concrete box beam in one bridge 

· Surmountable slope 2 % 

· Min. radius of the bridge 1400m.

1.2 Main technical characteristics 

·Change the machine from the high position into lower position through a hydraulic system. Then the launching gantry can go into or out of tunnels in a lower position with the help of tyre trolley. 

·This machine can place segments with a distance of 7m from the tunnel entrance or exit. 

·Transported without the help of supporting frame. 

·Fixed lifting point creates a good stability
