Methods |
1.******0 mesh with screen print. 2.High elastic nylon fabric add 1.**2% auxiliary, inelastic nylon fabric add **2.5% auxiliary. 3.After adding the auxiliary, the paste would better use up the same day otherwise it will fail to hydrolyze after adding auxiliary too long time, but auxiliary would not cure and gel. 4. printing clear paste for base one time on high elastic nylon fabric, then mix *0% HL***5, *0% HL***7, add *- 8%pigment for covering twice. 5. Naturally drying 8 hours after printing, then baking with the drying tunnel (drying machine) for 3 minutes at **0°C. |

Attention |
1.Natural drying time is associated with the temperature and air humidity. 2.Storage period:,Stored for more than one year at indoor temperature, and the storage should be kept cool, dry and ventilated. 3.The bag should be enclosed in case of exposing to the air, causing crust. 4. As for color mixing, according to the demand for the color intensity to add the dosage, adding too much is easy to cause fading. It is better to control within 5%. 5. If printing on saturated cloth that is easy to fade, in order to reduce unnecessary losses ,it must be do the test whether the color will sublime onto the surface of the paste. 6. Mix up the white paste and transparent paste to print in case of the phenomena of cracking and bad softness. 7. When use the transparent paste to print, adding proper white paste and color to help show the applied effect of the transparent paste. |
