Gas Dynamic Plant

The plant is designed for creating and supporting steam-gas mixtures of the set component composition, concentration, temperature, humidity, mixture, consumption for examination of sensory layers of chemical sensors, chemical sensors themselves, parameterization of chemical sensors, check of gas analyzers, sensors. The plant allows to simplify processes, connected with testing and parametrizing gas sensors, reduce the time of testing, invent new methods of gas mixtures analysis and new prototypes of gas analyzing devices. The plant provides generating of multi component steam-to-gas mixtures with component concentration at ppb level, modeling of different conditions of steam-to-gas mixtures analysis with the mistake of setting constrained parameter equal to no more than 5%. The device is an integral part during developing any gas analyzing equipment, and also during parameterization and check of gas analyzers, sensors and other similar equipment. Application. The check of gas sensors and devices for gas analysis; parameterization of sensory layers of chemical sensors, chemical sensors will allow to start creating gas analyzing devices, checking gas analyzers, gas indicators, transducers, detecting elements, which are used in medicine, ecological monitoring, technological control. Achieved level. Nowadays the plant, which is successfully used in Scientific Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is produced.
