Cavity: aluminium alloy cavity, containing quartz tubereaction chamber; a long time full power operation.

The microwave generating source: the frequency of 2.*5GHz, power 6KW, LCD digital microwave forward power and reflected power.

4 gas path: respectively, methane, oxygen, nitrogen,hydrogen

Can add additional 3 gas path, can choose gas (B, N, P) or liquid (P) doped.

The sample table: water, can accommodate 2 inch substrate;

The growth process of diamond, the sample table can real-time precision adjustment.

Equipment design is very suitable for thick single crystal growth, such as disposable growth 2mm.

Temperature measurement system: using two-colorpyrometer, temperature measurement range: **5 degree C- ***5 C;
