Glycerin Making Machine

The glycerin exists in the oil in nature. When processing the oil, the glycerin is left in the waste liquor. After water treatment, evaporation and distillation, the refined glycerin is extracted from the water liquor.

Glycerin is used in many fields. It is the principle raw material used in medicine, food, cosmetic, refrigerating fluid, synthetic resin, printing and dyeing, paper and explosive. Glycerin is ****3.7% by the mass of the oil.

As the by-product, glycerin can be get from the soap production.

1. Do the acid and alkali treatment by sediment and filtration, to remove the protein, gooey, pigment, fatty acid, etc. Adjust pH to alkalinity.

2. Evaporate the treated dilute glycerin solution in vacuum condition, to get the *0% crude glycerin.

3. Distillate the crude glycerin in vacuum condition, to separate the glycerin from impurities. Absorb and filter by activated carbon, to get the refined glycerin (*5% and above).
