traditional moulding defects for PET preform, such as bubble,
deformation and discoloration, etc.
3. Screw L:D ratio is *4:1(standard). Big shot weight, which
is *0% bigger compared with the same level tradition type
PET preform.
4. Enhanced plasticizing capacity to meet the cycle time
requirement for PET preform.
5. Increased ejector force and ejection stroke.
6. Enlarged water manifold is good for mold cooling, which
make sure crystallization quality for PET preform.

back pressure in the plastic melting.

9. Linear potentionmeters for injection unit and clamping unit,
with an accuracy of 0.*1mm.

pressure, holding position switch control, **0 sets of mold data
memory function.
*1. PID temperature control has features such limitation for screw
cold start, broken wire detection, termperature holding etc.
Temperature control at ± 1℃,which
guarantees the stable preform size, reducing defective
product.
