procedures:
buyer and seller mandate cc call to discuss procedures
buyer sends his LOI /ICPO +CP+ PASSPORT COPY 
seller must invite buyer to nairobi kenya for physiclal table talk
after successful table talk the seller will arrange on the transaction date with buyer
buyer will meet in the sellers bank to view test then pay the product 

testing procedures:
transaction is carried out inside a bank in nairobi kenya
the bank will be stated in the previous meeting but bank branch will be disclosed early morning on the day of transaction,this is deu to sercurity reasons
the buyer is expected to do pof ,seller will also do the pop inside the bank 
buyer and his gemologist will test the gold using buyers testers
after successful testing its full payment in cash inside the bank/ tt payment maybe requested by buyer in advance
after full payment in cash inside the bank and after fully testing the gold bars/nuggets inside the bank seller hunds over the gold to the buyer and his gemologist

please note:
for buyers in need of a refinery we only use the government refinery 
not wamwa nor stedmark nor auten place in nairobi.
if buyer is already on ground we are not intterested unless after successful DD 

my observation
after *5months plus in nairobi and africa in general its very difficult to close a deal with a buyer already on the ground,
very few sellers are genuine, my seller is genuine 
the transaction is carried inside the bank as such no illegal activities from the seller

my nairobi seller yes but after buyer does a local purchase three time and it must be a credible organization or a government buying company

do you send FCO  
no we do cc call first before any documents are sent between the parties
the buyer sends his ICPO+CP+PASSPORT COPY
