We are Rich Golden River Company Ltd, we are located at the Western Region in a village called Dunkwa-on-offin in the Republic of Ghana on the Tarkwa, Bogoso-Prestea gold belt with *5 kilometer mining concession and it is classified as the main Tarkwa gold belt according to the Ghana Geological survey Department. 

 

Recently we broke a jackpot by discovering on a small portion of our concession that was deposited with Huge quantity of gold, for several months now we have been digging and processing with inadequate mining equipment and processing machinery like excavators and washing trommels  but have been able to accumulated **0kg, we want a buyer to take charge of the gold and assist with funding. Presently, we need enough mining equipment. Furthermore we are urgently looking forward to establishing a formidable team with potential investors/prospective buyers who will assist us acquire all needed equipment to boost our production. May I kindly inform you that a portion of our gold concession is also listed for sale to any investor that finds interest in purchase or enter into a Joint Venture Agreement(JV) with us to enable both parties open more pages in the gold business here in Ghana.

Officially by the rules and regulations of the Government of Ghana, gold purchase and export from Ghana is FOB cash and carry or CNF shipping basis,  based on the mutual understanding between the buyer and the seller at any Government registered refinery for export .

 

Base on due diligence and the sensitive nature of gold transaction worldwide , we deem it advisable that interested investors and Buyers or their representatives come down personally to Ghana to see things in their right perspective before any further commitment by both parties could be entered into. 

 

In this regard, we are in the position to supply pure Alluvial gold to any prospective overseas buyer who intend to assist acquire urgently needed mining equipment towards the exploration of the Hugh gold deposit discovered on our concession.. 

 AGREEMENT: A long term agreement is envisaged for execution by both parties at the appropriate time, especially when the buyer or the investors  intends participation in the exploration of the mineralization. 

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Negotiable between investor/buyer & seller.
