The delivery of the purchased consignment shall be on a CIF basis (by Secure Air-Cargo) to the Buyer's nominated Refinery. A senior executive of the Seller (or the Seller's legal counsel) shall personally coordinate the delivery of the Shipment and shall be present at Buyer's nominated Refinery on the day that the COMMODITY is delivered to the Buyer's nominated Refinery and also on the day of the Assay Report.
