We are the undersigned, Zantigila Gold Mine acting with full authority and responsibility under penalty of perjury do hereby confirm the sale and transfer of the following commodity, subject to the terms, conditions and procedure set out hereunder:

Form:                                          Gold Dore bars
Purity/Fineness:                      *3% or better, *2.*0K+
Origin:                                      Republic of Mali, West Africa.
Estimated Supply:               **0kg every month x *2 months.
Contract Period:                  One year removable contract of xxxkg of gold Dore bars to    be supplied every month for two years.
Designated Refinery:           At the choice of the buyer.
Mode of Transport:              Air Cargo.
Payment:                               Final payment *2 hours maximum after receipt of final assay from buyers refinery by Swift Wire Transfer.
FOB Price:                            $*3,**0.*0 per kilogram.

The Gold Dory Bars is taken from Zantigila village to the Bamako the capital city of Mali, tested and certified according to the procedures of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of the Republic of Mali. The assayed, tested and certified material is then sealed by the Mali custom agents in the presence of the buyer or his official representative, the current owner or his official authorized representative (hereinafter referred to as the seller). The buyer and the seller must affix their signatures on the seal placed on the metal box of the tested, assayed and certified Gold Dory Bars. The assayed, tested and certified material will be kept in the Mali Custom vault at the Senou International airport till all export documents required by the Government of Mali are prepared. Once the above four steps are completed to the full satisfaction of all parties, then the buyer will pay all government export tax which is 7%, Mali Customs Stamp Duty Fee, Shipping Agent/Freight Forwarder and all other necessary fees and charges required by the Government of Mali based on the International Market Price not based on the offering price of $*7,**0 USD per kg. By instructions from the seller and the buyer, armed security agents will transport the sealed gold Dory bars to the retained airline in order to transport the material to the buyers destination of choice.
