CLOSING PROCEDURE:
Upon buyers or representatives arrival in Kenya, XXkg of gold will be taken to be assayed at the Government of Kenyas approved testing refinery. Upon successful completion of the assaying, xkg would be deposited in any of the international Safekeeping companies in both buyers and sellers name (Joint Custody. This will serve as guarantee for the taxes the buyer will be paying to the government to obtain all relevant export documents. The remaining xxkg is shipped to buyers refinery (In any country of sellers choice) and we will get paid with *4hrs based on buyers refinery assay report.
