GOLD BARS OFFER

PRODUCT : Gold Dore bar's

Price : 7% & *0% discount LBMA per kg

PAYMENT GUARANTEE :

Buyer is abliged to raise a guarantee of payment in favour of seller in the form of a BG SWIFT MT**0 r SBLC SWIFT MT**0 from an A rated bank prior to shipment, delivery and final assay at buyer's designated refinery subsequent to final payment.

PAYMENT :

Payment will be by Bank wire transfer (BWT) within three (3)banking day's after delivery and final assay at buyer's designated refinery.

NOTE :

The seller is able to respond to a BGMT**0 or an SBLC MT**0 with a 2% PB upon issuance.

CONFIRMATION :

Upon receipt of seller's full corporate offer (FCO) buyer responds with a letter of Intent (LOI) confirming acceptance of the FCO - thereafter a sales and purchase agreement (SPA) will be compiled for signature with both parties

Under the penalty of perjury - seller declares that the said quantity of gold dore bar's from is free from all form's of liens and encumbrances.
