Graphite Coating for Color Display Tub

Three kinds of graphite coating used for color display tubes: Black Matrix Graphite Coating, Cone Exterior Graphite Coating, Cone Interior Graphite Coating. Black matrix graphite coating mainly uses the opaque or absorption property of flake graphite to improve clarity ,brightness and contrast of the fluorescent screen. Cone exterior graphite coating is mainly used to compose filter capacitance of the whole circuit together with the cone interior graphite coating. Cone interior graphite coating is mainly used to achieve the anode high voltage breakover between the fluorescent screen and electron gun as per graphite conductivity.
