A Grillex is a portable barbecue grill to be used on a gas stove burner, portable camping stove or on a side burner of an outdoor barbecue.
The skewers and basket are placed vertically.
The gas flame comes in through a circular opening on its base and goes through a heat diffuser.
Grillex is used to grill meat, vegetables, fruit etc. in the comfort of your kitchen just as in an outdoor barbecue grill.
