1.Brief Introduction :

Raymond mill widely used in grinding the non-flammable and non-explosive stuff which has the Mohs hardness below 7,humidity less than 6%, such as gypsum,talc,limestone,marble,barite,
dolomite,kaolin,bauxite,iron and so on.it have apply for mine,building materials,chemical industry and other ore materials. 

2.Main parts:

Raymond mill consists mainly of mainframe, analyzer, blower, finished product cyclone separator, micro mist cyclone separator and air duct. The mainframe is composed by frame, spiral into wind, shovel knife, grinding roll, grinding ring, cover shells and motor.

3.Feature :

1. Compared with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves *9%, this is what other mill can not reach;

2. Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.

3.Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.

4.The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.
