General Description
The GSM  interception system  allows for real-time interception of telephone conversations and text messages sent through a GSM network. It is compatible with GSM 850/900/1800/1900 network and base transceiver stations all over the world.
The GSM interception system supports A5.1 and A5.2 encryption algorithms used to encode phone calls over GSM networks. The system's range of operation has a radius of about 2 km, which can be extended up to 5.5 km with additional 50W power amplifiers. The GSM  interception system  is able to intercept 48/96 target phones simultaneously (with the ability to expand the system to support greater number of targets), depending on RF channels and the number of communication modules (in passive mode).
Intercepted calls and text messages can be recorded and subject to further analysis. The device is operated through a PC software suite, included in the package.
The solution
Nexwise technology own a fully in house manufactured off the air passive tactical interception system for GSM bands. The system main design is for mass interception of SMS and voice calls. The system's passiveness assures that it will leave zero electromagnetic signatures in the cellular network and furthermore, it can be easily deployed by tactical teams and most importantly, tactical units can operate the passive interception system independently without need for any outside support. The system is designed to be deployed in fixed installations and or in a mobile deployment possibility such as an SUV. And often work in conjunction with Direction Finders or other strategic systems.

Solution Description
The system supports monitoring and recording of 48 to 96 GSM channels simultaneously. Using high-sensitivity digital receivers, the monitors' network traffic over the BTS channels.
