       GCO*-QL type carbon dioxide fire extinguisher filling machine is mainly composed of filling control, cold and constant temperature device, electronic scale and other parts.
1. Filling control, used to control the weighing of fire extinguishers when filling with carbon dioxide fire extinguishing agent, JPC*1, T***6 type weight controller, power indicator, GT solenoid valve, electrical control board, etc. are installed on it.
2. Cold constant temperature device: The method of mechanical refrigeration is used to reduce the temperature of carbon dioxide to meet the requirements of filling technology. It consists of a box, an evaporator, a refrigeration compressor, a thermostat, a pressure gauge, etc.
 
Use of carbon dioxide filling machine equipment
    1. The equipment connected to the pipelines and circuits will be re-inspected in all directions as required.
    2. Tilt the gas source cylinder upside down, and the inclination angle should be above *5 degrees.
    3. Inject the inner tank of the cold and constant temperature device with antifreeze or *0% antifreeze and *0% water, and do not let the incubator freeze, (Do not overflow the inlet of the tray tube, and it is forbidden to put any items in the tank).
    4. Firmly connect the protection cable to the equipment housing.
    5. Turn on the power and turn on the total stop . The power indicator light will light up, indicating that the total power supply of the equipment has been turned on.
    6. Turn on the refrigeration start , and after the temperature controller is set to the desired temperature, the temperature is controlled between *0℃**5℃ and room temperature (the thermostat can be adjusted).
