GZ***5G***5 Double Column Horizontal Bandsaw Machines are mainly used to cut various ferrous and no-ferrous metal such as bars, square, prefiles and tubes, of which hardness are less than HRC*5. It is characterized by narrow cuts, material and energy saving, high accuary, easy to operating, high efficiency and good rigidity. The machine is equipped with the automatic material feeding system. Construct Charateristics: 1. The saw bow don’t feed when workpiece isn’t clamped. 2. The machine alarms in case of blade broken or jam. 3. The hydraulic blade tension ensure stable tension strenghth during blade running. 4. The column-style structure ensures reliable machine performance. 5. The project lamp assists operator to aim the cutting line. 6. The digital display unit shows cutting length, which offers high accurate feeding. 7. The Automatic counting unit to count the cuts automatically. To preset cutting number is available. 8. Adopted PLC controls. They are suitable for cutting in large quantity. 9. Bundle clamping unit is available to offer bundle cutting easily and quickly, which is an optional unit and to be charged additionally.
