This one
of a kind rugged and beautiful bowie knife has been totally hand
made by MICHAEL KLAAS. The blade is made of damascus
steel FORGE WELDED with **2 true layers of ***5 and
*5N*0 with a stunning pattern. The high carbon and
nickel contents in this blade give it superb edge holding
and cutting abilities. The blade, measuring 8 inches
with an overall length of knife *3 inches, look very
impressive. 5.*0 mm thick blade has been given excellent heat
treatment to achieve HRC *9. Blade has very nice crisp
grinds.
This
beast has a stunning handle, made of original Sambar stag and
buffalo's horn. There are beautiful brass and red fiber spacers.
Handle has a huge hand protection guard made of stainless
steel
