Manufacturing Process:

First, garnering of raw material These are made from mixture of high quality blended TOBoCO, wrapped in Natural Leaf known as TENDU LEAF Botanical Name - Diospyros Melanoxylon. These Leaves are cut to sizes, tied up with thin thread at the narrow end of BIDI

ii]. These BIDI are roasted in an oven to remove moisture to give inimitable flavor that brings indefinable pleasure.

iii]. BIDIs are manufactured skillfully and carefully.

iv. These are neatly wrapped in paper in Conical Form to make Bundle or BIDIs are packed in e Cigarette Packet.

4. Quality Control :

    A careful Quality control is carried out at different stages through out the manufacturing , such as quality mixture , temperature, selection of Tendu Leaf , wrapping and packing quality under skilled supervisors & staff.

5. Special Reserch & Development Department ( R & D )

 i] Control high quality raw material, different blending , special treatment , flavouring process, flavor retaining development,  new packaging etc

6. Exotic range of Flavours such as Strawberry , Wild Cherry, Orange, Vanilla, Two Apple, Vanilla, Chocolate, Cocco, Clove, Cinnamon, Menthol, Mint, Lemon and so many are available

7.  Available in 7,*0 & *2 cms long in size.

9. Available in Traditional Conical shaped Bundle as well as in very attractive & decent types of Cigarette Packets per flavor

*0. We print Statutory Health Warning Text & Pictures on each Bundle, packet &  Cartons in any Foreign Language.

*1. No Paper or Cellulose used or any Chemical treatment is given while manufacturing RANVIR BIDI.
