Hard chrome plating, also referred to as Industrial Chrome Plating (JIS H ***5), is as the name suggests plating with high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Right after the plating process, it has a hardness ranging from **0 to ***0Hv (Vickers hardness test, **0g load force).
This plating belongs to the category with the highest hardness in the plating industry. It is used for various materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel, that are used for parts of industrial machines, machine tools, construction machines, hydraulic equipment and others.
We handle plating on castings, as well as partial plating, based on our unique know-how, from small parts to large parts, heavy items mainly such as cylinders, pistons and valves.
