Wear deposite 3mm: HRC ****8, 4mm: HRC ****0, 5mm: HRC ****2

Wear deposite 6mm: HRC ****2,  8mm: HRC ****2,  *0mm: HRC ****2

Wear deposite *2mm: HRC ****3



Chemical Composition

Take 6*6 wear plate for example:

C :  4.3-4.8%    Cr : *3-*0%    Mn : 0.**1.1%   Mo: 0.***0.*8  Ni:0.***0.*5, Other Metal elements : Micro

Specific of Fehong Wear resistant compound steel Plate

1. Homogeneous microstructure with high volume of chromium carbides

2. Optimum hardness (HRC ****2) adapted to extremely high wear resistance and moderate impact.

3. Fair corrosion resistance (HH***0B plate)

4. Outstanding high temprature resistant up to approximately **0℃ (HH***0B to **0℃)

Characteristics of HH***0B wear plate:

High abrasion and Moderate impact resistance,  tiny cracks on Overlayer. Unmachinable, the application temperatures should not exceed **0℃
 

Numerous fixing and assembly processes are posible

Welding and cutting processes do not affect the wear properties of the Fehong wear plate. Matching weld materials are also availablie for the protection of internal joints and seams.

Our plate can be cut and formed easily. It is used for armouring or double facing of components.
