Step 1: Simply saturate the Absorbent wick with *0 - *0 drops
of your favorite essential oil or blend. Step 2: Insert the
saturated absorbent wick into the Inhaler (Inner Shell) and secure
the Seal Cap. Step 3: Tightly screw on the Container (Outer Shell)
to keep scent from drying out. TO USE YOUR AROMA NASAL INHALER
STICKS: Just open the container and smell the scents from small
