Our fixtures castings' quality is in the same level with intern ational players like AFE. Our regular products by investment casting method or precision casting like cast basket, stack basket, cast grid, base tray, fan, impeller, loader beam, skid s, walking beam, cast post, cast post, cast link belt, roller, roller rail, etc.

Our cast basket and trays are mostly made from NiCr alloy with the benefits of inceased fixture life, reduction in fixture weight, reduced distortion through better fixturing, safer handling consistent quality to make lightweight basket and smooth surface of the castings, we use the most sophisticated casting method silicasol precision. To give longer service life of the castings, we select only the **0% new raw material like pure nickel plate, FeCr*0 chrome alloy, to guarantee the physical properties. We know there are some foundry who use recycled material or too much scrapped material leading to lower price but far less service life of the castings, even cracks of the castings, you can trust us that this will never happen at HEXIN heat treatment fixtures.
