Heating coil

The Heating coil is the load of Medium Frequency Power Source, it made by square copper with wall thickness of **5mm.
Medium frequency Power Source is used to supply electric power to mechanical machines, melting furnace, Rail way's lead rail etc. Coil is the necessary components to heating raw materials.
Heating coil is made by copper, it is the most important part to save energy.

1. Heating coil should be covered all shape of elbow mandrel.
2. Elbow coil needs to have suitable distance between two rings.

Heating coil has good magnetic permeability, so it is widely used as heating coil for Medium Frequency Power Source.
