Heavy Series / Heavy duty tube clamps

Heavy duty / heavy type /heavy series tube clamps according to DIN ***5 part 2:
1)   Size range:
fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm ***8 mm 
2)   Structure: 
Assembly including cover plate, welded plate (elongated plate available), clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2). 
Rail clamps (H-G3 series) available: cover plate + clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on channels or rails. 
Stackalbe Clamps (H-G5) available (max. 5 layers): Stackable Bolts + Clamp body + safety locking plates.
3)   Material: 
Cover Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel / stainless steel(**4/**6) 
Welded Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel / stainless steel (**4/**6) 
Bolts: High strength carbon steel(galvanized) / stainless steel (**4/**6)
Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL) 
Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance - even under extreme conditions. 
4)    Working Temperature: 
PP **0 centi degree up to **0 centi degree in dark green colour 
PA **0 centi degree up to ***0 centi degree in dark colour 
5)    Application: 
This product is suitable for oil, liquid and gas pipe / tube installation and fastening in the hydraulic system in different areas such as the metallurgy, construction machinery, petroleum industry, chemical industry, ship buliding, eletrical power and so on.
