Features

Main motor device:AC motor with converter works as material transfer.They make a steady and rapid progression by acceleration and deceleration.

Rewinding power part:A rewinding motor works with magnetic,they realize clutch taper tension control.The main motor is for tension control so that the finished products have stable tension and beautiful outlook.

Product rewinding part:Can be equipped with sliding shaft for greater range of materials.As a special shaft design,they can be replaced when needed.

Electric unit:*0.*-inch LCD touch panel is used for setting tension,length,etc.The control system adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC to control movements with self-detection function,so error can be found out easily.

Unwind device:Separate unwind base for bigger unwind diameter.

Optional

Auto up-lifting device:Hydraulic type jumbo roll loading for saving labor force and working time.

Receiving device:For connecting material at front and back sides to improve efficiency.
