We lay it bare to you, eg how much a product costs (mostly in USD for universal understanding) before we ship it. Again we make known to you separately the cost of the shipment or postage or courier service, etc. All these, for clarity. Then again we keep our customers apprised with our daily activities regarding their products (mostly thru our WhatsApp handle) for transparency & to keep us close with our clients.
