1:Introduction of sand dryer:

 Sand dryer is an industrial dryer that is used to dry wet sand by eliminating or reducing the moisture content. It can dry the high moisture content sand under *2%.

Our sand dryer have national patent technology, it has special thermoregulation. Rotary drum body use Q**5B steel plate. This steel plate will not deformation in high temperature, so the cylinder is very durable.    

Dryer accessories also use Q**5B steel. Big ring gear is made according to Chinese standard casting
Small gear, after forging refinement, can ensure continuous operation of the dryer

 Sand dryer is chiefly applied to such fields as cement, chemical, metallurgical, ore dressing, building materials industries and so on.

2:Working principle of sand dryer

In the dryer body wall ,there have raising plates, the raising plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order to throws materials into the rotary cylinder.  

 Their function are take material to the air then get down and scatter the materials, which make the material and the airflow contact area increases, thus can improve the drying rate and promote the materials go forward. 

 [1]Wet sand are conveyed by belt conveyor to hopper, after the hopper go through feeder enter intothe sand dryer cylinder. 

[2] When sand are fed into the sand dryer cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are raise by raising plate repetitively.

 [3] Then water will be separated from the sand by sand dryer hot
