Our company designs and produces small solar panels with different specifications and sizes. We utilize high transparent epoxy resin to encapsulate small solar panels and employ high-intensity and anti-distorting PCB boards (hard pasteboards and glass fiber boards) as baseboards. We import different famous-brand solar cells (**5/**0/**6 etc) for solar modules. Our small solar panels are UV resistant and yellowing resistant. All of our small solar panels are environment friendly and fulfill ROSH directives.

Small solar panels range 0.1W to 3W in general, have different sizes and forms. They have wide applications and can be used to various electronic products and lighting products. We can design and produce small solar panels and control circuits. Control circuits avoid batteries of electronic products and lighting products overcharging and over-discharging.

Solar cells: Monocrystalline or Polycrystalline silicon solar cells; Mono **5mm***5mm and **6***6mm; Poly **6mm***6mm. If there’s no special or detailed requirement from clients, the principle that we choose solar cells is to make current maximum on the limited size.

Encapsulation material: high transparent epoxy resin encapsulates small solar panels; it’s UV resistant and yellowing resistant. Epoxy resin is environment friendly and fulfils ROSH directives. 

Material of baseboard: high-intensity and anti-distorting PCB boards (hard pasteboard and glass fiberboard). We choose PCB boards according to specification of solar panels in consideration of good quality and saving cost for clients if they have no special requirement on material of baseboards.
