How VCI Crepe paper
Works:
VCI crepe paper is one of the protection packaging paper, made of
virgin kraft paper mix with VCI corrosion inhibitive additives.VCI
crepe paper has more stretch and tear resistance than common
packaging paper,especially for circular ring parts and metal bars,
wrapping ferrous and non ferrous metal products with this crepe
paper,corrosion inhibitor contained in the paper begins to vaporize
and adhere to metal surface so as to form a molecular level
protective layer, which protects metals against corrosion.

Applicable Metals:
It is applicable to ferrous metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper,
brass, bronze, plated metal, zinc and its alloy, chrome and its
alloy, cadmium and its alloy, nickel and its alloy, tin and its
alloy, aluminum and its alloy, and other metal materials and their
products.
Application Methods:
1.Products should be packaged as soon after cleaning as possible,
but completely dried of residual water.
2.Keep the VCI paper as close to the surface of the product as
practical, leaving no barrier between the VCI paper and the metal
surface to be protected.
3.Operate with clean gloves, and do not contact the articles for
antirust with naked hands.
4.For long-term storage of up to two years, enclose the wrapped
product in an airtight package.
Custody and Storage:
With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away
from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive
materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from
the date of delivery.
