traditional DC sputtering system, HiPIMS could generate tens
of times higher pulsing current to obtain a ten thousand times
higher-density electron plasma. Effectively enhancing-e the
ionization rate to obtain a non-porous, high density crystallinity
film at lower coating temperatures.
