Capsanthin:

Description: Natural flavoring agent containing carotenoids is obtained from high-quality capsicum by scientific methods through extraction, separation and refining.  The effective components are capsanthin, capsaicin, etc.
Appearance and characteristics:
Oil-soluble capsanthin: dark red oily liquid, soluble in grease.  No chemical residue, no peculiar smell, bright color, strong coloring, good fluidity and solubility.
Water-soluble capsanthin: dark red liquid, soluble in water.  No chemical residue, no peculiar smell, bright color, strong coloring, good fluidity and solubility.
Supercritical capsanthin: dark red oily liquid.  No chemical residue, no peculiar smell, bright color, strong coloring, good fluidity and solubility.
Application: Instant noodles, biscuits, pickles, meat, puffed food and other food industries requiring coloring.
Storage conditions:
