1) Q: Can you send the sample to us for free before we place order?



    A: We are OEM factory, our products are mostly customized, thats to say, we make the sample according to the 2D/ 3D drawings from you. It will take time and resources of our company, so we will charge you for the sample, once you confirm without questions, we will put it into mass production. And we will give you a discount on the basis of the quantity of your order.



2) Q: Do you have titanium alloy products in stock?



    A: Yes, but most of them are customized. We have signed Secret Agreements with our cooperated clients that we can not sell their designed product without their permission. Now we have some products are agreed to sell to overseas markets, such as titanium spork.



3) Q: Why does it take at least 2 weeks to finish the mold?



    A: For customized products, after we get the 2D/ 3D drawings from you, we need to make the metal mold. Our metal molds are made by professional mold factory, which will take 2 weeks to finish. All the casting factory can not make the metal mold by themselves. Or you can make the metal mold, and send the wax mold to us, we can cast the products by your provided wax mold.   



4） Q: Whats the payment term of your company?



     A: We accept T/T, PayPal, L/C, etc. And your payment term can be considered.
